We understand that everyone’s skin is unique. While most of our jewelry pieces are crafted with S925 sterling silver or hypoallergenic materials, some may contain plated finishes or mixed metals that could cause irritation for some individuals.
If you experience any discomfort or allergic reaction within 14 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us. We promise to assist you by offering a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution based on your needs.

Defective or Damaged Items
We inspect all items carefully before shipping, but if your jewelry or accessory arrives damaged, has loose parts, or is not functioning as expected due to manufacturing defects or shipping issues, please let us know.

Due to the handcrafted nature of some of our jewelry, delicate parts like stones, charms, or beads may become loose or missing during shipping. If you receive a piece missing any of these details, contact us within 14 days. We will make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.
