Product & Care
While many of our pieces, such as S925 sterling silver, are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin, some jewelry may contain plated finishes or mixed metals that could cause sensitivities in rare cases. If you have a specific metal allergy, please check our individual product descriptions or contact us for further information.
To ensure the shine and quality of your jewelry last:
· Daily Care: Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after each wear.
· Storage: Store pieces in the provided zip bag or a dry, cool place to minimize tarnish.
· Avoidance: As with all fine jewelry, strictly avoid water, lotions, and perfumes to maintain shine and quality.
To ensure the longevity of your bag, use simple daily care:
· Canvas: Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth for surface dust.
· Artificial Leather & PU: Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
· Natural Cowhide (Real Leather): Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid water exposure and harsh chemical cleaners.
All of our bags are meticulously handcrafted. Minor variations in stitching, alignment, or material finish are inherent to this process and are part of the unique charm of a handmade piece. These slight variations do not constitute a defect. We kindly ask that customers who require the complete uniformity of machine-made products take this artisanal quality into careful consideration before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
Note:
1. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will typically be processed by the following Monday, as our shipping partners (MBE) operate half-days on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.
2. Orders placed during the public holiday will be picked up by the courier on the next available business day.

Note: Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to customs clearance for international orders.
Absolutely! You will receive email updates throughout the process. The tracking number will be included in the “Order Shipped” email, allowing you to monitor its progress on our website or the courier’s portal.
Important Note: If you have not received the “Order Processed” email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately with your full order number so we can investigate and assist you right away!
Ordering & Payments
We accept most major payment methods via our secure gateway, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and Online Banking Transfer/QR Pay. The final available options will be presented during the checkout process.
We typically produce our unique pieces in small, exclusive batches and cannot guarantee a restock. If an item you love is sold out, we highly recommend you contact us with the product name so we can personally inform you the moment it is available again.
All our products come beautifully packaged as standard! We offer an upgraded Gift Box for an additional fee, which can be selected during checkout. If you require specialized gift wrapping or a personalized note, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

· Earning Points: Every RM1 spent earns you 1 point.
· Redeeming Points: You can redeem your points for discounts: 100 points equals a RM5 discount on your next order.
All prices on our website are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). For customers outside Malaysia, your bank or payment processor will handle the currency conversion into your local currency at the current exchange rate.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once you receive the “Order Processed” email (which means we have started packing your order), we can no longer guarantee any changes or cancellations. This is because your order may already be on its way to shipment.
Our policy is focused on ensuring the quality of the item you receive. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We offer a 14-day Quality Promise to cover the following:
· Manufacturing Defects: If an item has a clear manufacturing flaw.
· Damage During Delivery: If an item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping.
· Allergic Reactions (Jewelry): If a customer experiences a verified allergic reaction to our jewelry (must be reported within 14 days of receipt).
For any of the issues above, please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
